This is our local Indian place &amp; we are lucky! They make the best spicy butter chicken in Chch. So good we end up getting it every weekend now. So good, but not for the waist line!

When we entered the place, we were told they had an outdoor area, a very quiet place, there was also a heater there, very intimate I had a beef burger and onion rings, my wife had some pork and chicken but more than the amount of salad. Fries and onion rings are great especially gravy Some people will say the old table is wrong but people need to remember it is not a restaurant, like everyone else, but more like a fast food restaurant. Yes, you have to wait for your food, but I would rather, rather than get something, have been sitting there, who knows how long. I think they can clear the table more frequently, yes, people shouldn&#39;t be lazy and put it in the trash can, but at the end of the day, the staff should check the trash. No problem with the price.

Chaozhou restaurant, is in the location of Chinese Street, we are a little hungry after shopping in the supermarket next door, so we have lunch here, their dishes are home-cooked taste.

Come here before the evening, the atmosphere is particularly good, accompanied by music, the mood is more relaxed, we have been talking for a long time, happy, cocktails, special, good drinks. Breakfast can choose the main meal, with a simple salad BAR! There are fresh juices and black coffee, the salad is fresh and delicious! Very recommended! If you have enough budget to buy breakfast, enjoy the breakfast while enjoying the thunder door!

Highly recommended for foods that look and taste alike. My friend had some very special dietary requirements and the chef went to great lengths to tailor a platter for us to suit our tastes without compromising the taste.

The restaurant is well located in the beautiful Christchurch Botanical Garden and serves fine Spanish cuisine. Highlights of duck with orange and lamb. Great taste, not cheap but definitely a good experience

Very helpful and friendly staff, perfect for having a drink before dinner and then sitting on some great food, which makes our workplace a cool dinner place. We will all go back again as it was a totally enjoyable evening.

Can only order takeaway from Tandoori Beckenham - but goodness - what a treat!h The vegetable samosa was delicious. Chicken bhuna was packed with flavour with a beautiful thick sauce and the Fish vindaloo was extremely good, with the freshest fish and beautiful big chunks. Garlic naan - always a must and didn&#39;t disappoint. Thanks guys - was awesome

This is really a takeaway but it has 1 table that you can sit down and eat at if you are lucky enough to find it free. The food comes in takeaway dishes but if you don&#39;t mind that and just want some tasty Indian food at takeaway prices it is well worth a visit. We have been here a few times and there is a steady stream of locals coming in to pick up their phone orders.

The location is good, it is Indian food at first glance, and I don&#39;t want to walk to other places. It is also good to eat spicy food. The taste of curry is really memorable.

My wife and I had takeaways from here on Thursday night and were sooooo disappointed. Our Tandoori Platter was dry and overcooked, lacking seasoning. The tikka was good but the samosas, pakoras and bhaji were the worst I&#39;ve eaten. Our CTM was also the worst I&#39;ve eaten but rice and naan were good. What&#39;s happened here??? This has been our favourite local Indian for the last 8 years! It looks like we&#39;ll have to hike to Hoon Hay from now on.

We were looking for a quick and easy lunch and we were very pleased with our selection. The whole sandwich with tomato, ham and cheese mayonnaise was enough for both of us, but we could still accommodate a small bowl of chips, including sauce and mayonnaise.

Great food and drinks, great staff, they really take care of you, as well as charitable donations from nonprofit organizations. Suddenly late lunches and found the staff friendly and polite. Not sure why other reviews say poor service as we found the fine day was busy. I am vegetarian and there is a roast beet salad which is the last bite full of delicious surprise rights. Not one of those boring salads all tastes are blended together! Mr. Parents who are possible lovers may convert to vegetarians after their delicious and healthy organic vegetable stack. Great choice for meat lovers. Thank you!!
